Withdrawal Instructions
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If your delivery consists of several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the following address, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired, or demonstrably arrange for their collection or return.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. As our products (e.g. THE LOUNGE) are large furniture items, the return cannot, as a rule, be made by ordinary parcel; it must be carried out by a suitable forwarding agent or furniture transport service. The costs of return are estimated at a maximum of approximately [ENTER AMOUNT] EUR.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Subject to the statutory requirements, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g(2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
Whether an order created via our configurator or according to your specifications qualifies as custom-made goods in this sense depends on the specific design of the order and the statutory requirements. We will inform you separately of any exclusion of the right of withdrawal before you place your order.
